Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a Subscription

Monthly subscription plans (3 templates, 6 templates, or All Templates) can be cancelled at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

  • Cancel from your account's subscription settings, or through our contact page
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again
  • Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Templates unlocked in the current period stay usable until that period ends

2. No Partial Refunds on Cancellation

Cancelling mid-cycle does not generate a refund for the unused days of the billing period. You keep full access until the period ends, after which the subscription simply does not renew. For situations where a refund may apply (such as duplicate or failed payments), see our Refund Policy.

3. Single Template Plan

The Single Template plan (₹29 / $1.49 per month) is also a monthly subscription: each billing month it lets you unlock any 1 premium template, and it renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel it the same way as any other plan — access continues until the end of the paid month, and if a renewal payment fails, premium access ends when the current month expires.

4. Cancellation by MomentoCard

We may suspend or cancel a subscription if it is used in violation of our Terms of Service (for example, abuse, fraud, or unlawful content). Where required, any refund in such cases is at our discretion.
